Children's Factory
This is a special event that gives the children of employees the opportunity to get to know the workplace of their parents.
Accompanied by a responsible adult, children participate in activities such as coloring, baking, and writing messages to their parents.

Successful Career
The "Successful Career" program is an annual professional development initiative that offers employees opportunities to learn, exchange experiences, and to grow.
Through training, case studies, group dynamics, and analysis of books and films, the program seeks to expand knowledge and stimulate new approaches.
Participants are appointed by their Managers based on specific criteria and approved by the board, who enjoy an enriching experience.
